Ioane - "Koini" Kavala - for Dion

this carving was created by a samoan man. this art work represents one of the sons , there were two sons and one currently passed away and the other surrived and this carving. the carving lines represents family and generations , they have created this piece out of wood. the art is estimated by 6 meters high and the way they carved those type of detailed designs, were used by a chain saw and hand carved. these carvings are diffictult to define the colour makes it look real old and modern but actually this art work isnt that old, apprently this art piece was created recently in year 2006 in this art piece, there are all tpes of different type of tones of brown.
